Toys for Tots

Just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who helped with the bake sale! We made $160 overall, which means Toys for Tots will get $80. The check was placed in the mail today, so hopefully they can use it this Christmas.  Thanks to everyone who helped: club members, friends, and anyone who bought anything.  This really is the season of giving, so hopefully our hard work will make a child's Christmas a little brighter.  Merry Christmas everyone!

• Discussed : Bake sale, bi-laws, meeting times

Bake sale

• Baked goods being picked up on Thursday
• Bake sale being held Friday (12/7), Monday (12/10) and Tuesday (12/11) from 11 AM - 3 PM in the student center
• Half of the proceeds will be donated to Toys for Tots
• Members or volunteers can message an officer about working at the bake sale
• Posters will be put up in the science building tomorrow (12/4) at 2:30PM

Bi-Laws

• Everyone in attendance approved of the bi-law change

• We will meet in S382, Mondays at 5 PM

• Discussed : Hazing policy, Bake sale, WVU trip, T-shirts, By-laws, and meeting times

Hazing policy
• Tuesday Moats went over the hazing policy with the club

Bake sale
• Dr. Constantino has asked his anatomy class to bake anatomy shaped items for extra credit
• He is graciously donating these items to our club
• We will be having a bake sale on the 7th, 10th, and 11th of December from 11-3
• Members can message Tuesday Moats to volunteer to work

WVU trip

• The WVU trip will be postponed until next semester
• More information will follow

T-Shirts

• The club will be donating t-shirts to nominated professors
• Members can message an officer to nominate

Bi-Laws

• The bi-laws will be changed next semester
• Members will be required to fill out an information sheet and pay a fee of $3
• With this fee, you will receive a free biology club bracelet and you will be placed on the official member email list

Meeting Times

• Potential meeting times for next semester were discussed
• The most suitable time appears to be Monday evenings, any time after 5
